TRAIN YOUR EVENTER IN A ‘BIG ATMOSPHERE’ (23rd, February 2011)

Riding a high scoring dressage test on a fit, sharp event horse can be challenging, making an opportunity for arena schooling at an international event the ideal preparation for a major championship or 3DE and recognising this, Sue Carson Saddles has teamed up with Chatsworth International Horse Trials (May 13-15, 2011) to offer just such a prize.

Sue Carson, FEI Horse Trials and List 2a Dressage Judge, will be hosting a Display at Chatsworth International Horse Trials entitled ‘Eventing Dressage Unravelled’ and is looking for four guinea pigs (two for Saturday May 14 and two for Sunday May 15), each with an event horse working at 3* level to demonstrate the requirements of eventing dressage from the judge’s viewpoint.

This free-to-enter competition, which includes admission to the event, is open to any event rider with a horse at the required level and who feels they would benefit from the opportunity to work in the main arena at Chatsworth International Horse Trials and so give the horse excellent ‘big atmosphere’ experience.

Entry is by visiting the Sue Carson Saddles website at www.suecarsonsaddles.co.uk and completing the simple form with basic information. Short listed riders will be contacted for further detail.
